Miley is movin’ on up! Singer/actress Cyrus, 18, is cementing her status as a full-fledged adult by purchasing a pad in Studio City, Calif., to the tune of almost $4 million. Miley had previously lived in a $3.4 million home just a few doors down from her parents in Toluca Lake, Calif. Now, she can invite friends over to her grown-up pad, which has a pool, surround sound and a whopping 10 available parking spots — perfect for parties!
The 5,173 square-foot house, which Miley bought for $3.9 million, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. And, the estate is private; it’s surrounded by a wall and kept safe with a gate. The listing described it as “the perfect celebrity hideaway.” Just what Miley needs!
The purchase is good news for Miley.
