Miley Cyrus To Star In H2F's 'Wake' Film - Author Further Confirms

Miley Cyrus will star in H2F Entertainment’s “Wake” film based on the novel by Lisa McMann,that film falls in the ‘Thriller-Action-Mystery’ category, author further confirms.

The author of the novel, Lisa McMann confirmed Miley’s role in the movie via her Twitter saying,

‘Love this @MileyCyrus! http://bit.ly/qKyxo2 Honored someone so passionate abt love/equality wants 2 make WAKE a movie.’

The film, based on the successful novel, will be re-written by Matthew Sand for the film adaptation & screen-play written by Christopher Borrelli..

The movie will be Directed by Mikael Håfström & produced by David Alpert, Tobin Armbrust (production executive) & Kasper Barfoed.  Executive producers include Marc Butan, Chris Cowles, Arvind Ethan David, Stephen Emery, Joycelyn Engle, Chris Fenton, Brian Mehling & Shira Rockowitz..

The movie is set to release sometime in 2012 and is currently in pre-production.
