Miley Cyrus Gypsy Heart Tour Auction To Help Stars4Kids

Miley Cyrus continues to help kids and communities even when she is not there personally. This time official merchandise from her Gypsy Heart Tour is going to help two schools damaged by earthquakes to rebuild. Check out the details in a press release from Stars4Kids below.

The Stars4Kids fundraiser for two quake damaged schools in Christchurch is continuing its momentum with the arrival of official Miley Cyrus merchandise from her sell out Australian 2011 Gypsy Heart Tour.

Australian promoter for Miley Cyrus, Mr Paul Dainty (DCE Group) has donated a box full of tour merchandise that includes T-shirts, programmes and hats. The items are up for auction on New Zealand’s #1 trading site Trade Me.

Organiser Mandy Cook said “It’s great that Stars4Kids has been given some official tour merchandise. There are thousands of Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) fans who would love to get their hands on these pieces.”

The recent sale of Alan Rickman’s signed Harry Potter wand attracted a worldwide audience with the wand fetching $1900 NZ dollars. Stars4Kids has raised over $12,000 from auctioning items donated by some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.

Proceeds from the auctions will be given to Avonside Girl’s High School and Shirley Primary School in Christchurch, both damaged in the 2011 earthquakes.
