U.S.A.! The teen queen looks downright elegant in a formfitting asymmetrical black gown at the Starkey Hearing Foundation gala in St. Paul. OK, so her ‘do isn’t superflattering and maybe she should’ve covered up the tan lines, but this junior Cruella de Vil look is a big improvement for the fashion-challenged starlet.
